Elaine Claar Campbell is Director of Graduate and International Programs. She joined STL in 2016 because she wants to recruit a few of the best and brightest international students from a wide variety of countries. When they combine with STL’s top-tier Mainland Chinese students together they will create a powerful network of global leaders trained in Transnational Law. She graduated from Wellesley College as a Wellesley Scholar with an A.B. in Economics and received M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from University of Virginia. She was a William Shermet Award Winner and ranked third in her class at the Darden Business School and was Vice President of Virginia Law Women, where she was responsible for the conference “Women and Success”. She was an investment banker for 18 years and rose to the rank of Managing Director in the Investment Banking Divisions of both Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup) and Credit Suisse First Boston. She was responsible for large multinational and health care clients. She also worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary in charge of Domestic Finance during the Reagan administration. She has taught International Management and Marketing, Capital Markets and Finance at undergraduate business schools such as the McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia and Syracuse University’s Study Abroad Program in Madrid, Spain, among others. She is married to Professor Ray Campbell, and they have four daughters. Elaine has lived in Shenzhen since 2010 and loves to share with newcomers her favorite cultural, historic and outdoor recreational places to go in Shenzhen.

Zoe Dai is Senior Officer of Academic and Exchange Programs. She obtained both her Masters and Bachelors Degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law. She joined STL in 2012. She works with professors and students on academic affairs and is also responsible for STL exchange programs and helps students from abroad studying at STL.
Yvonne Guan is Officer of Academic Affairs at Peking University School of Transnational Law. She obtained her LLM (Maritime law) at University of Bristol and LLB (Maritime law) from Dalian Maritime University. Before joining STL in 2014, she worked as a paralegal at Wang Jing & Co
Luna Liu is Assistant Director of Career Services and the Class Counselor for the Class of 2015. She graduated from Law school of Tsinghua University, China. She joined STL in 2011 and worked on academic affairs for three years. In the year of 2014, she made a transition into the new position as Assistant Director of Career Service Center. She works with students, employers, and alumni.
Tessie Tian is the Technical Services Librarian at Peking University School of Transnational Law. She obtained her MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) at Dominican University in the U.S. Prior to joining the STL, she worked as a Technical Services Librarian at Moraine Valley Community College for two years. Besides, she also worked as volunteering Metadata Librarian at the library of University of Illinois at Chicago and took charge of the metadata cleanup project for digital collections. Now as a law school librarian at the STL, she is responsible for resource acquisition, cataloging, collection management, and legal research to support faculty members and students’ academic needs.
Vidya Wang is Officer of Administrative and Faculty Support.She obtained both her Masters and Bachelors Degree in Administration from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology.Before joining STL,she worked as a Class Counselor at Nanjing Army Command College for half of a year and she was in charge of the international logistic project in Redstone Haute Counture Ltd. for nearly 3 years which is an Italian leading luxury brand management company.As an officer of Administrative and Faculty Support,she will provide daily administrative support and counseling service to faculty.
Cherry Yang is the Senior Officer of Student Affairs. She is a graduate from Hong Kong Baptist University. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Hong Kong Baptist University a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Adminstration from United International College. Before joining STL, Ms. Yang worked as a pyschological counselor with the Civil Affairs Bureau Marriage Registration Office in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. As a student counselor, she guides students on relevant affairs and provides psychological counseling services.
Wenwen Xu is the officer of Administrative and Faculty Support. She obtained her master degree in Public Policy from the Chinese University of Hongkong. She joined STL in 2016. She is responsible for daily faculty support and academic affairs.
Charly Zhang is Director of Development and Career Services at the Peking University School of Transnational Law. Prior to joining Peking University School of Transnational Law, Charly was an attorney at law in Guangdong Shentiancheng Law Firm, working on IPO and M&A. Charly received his Juris Master degree from Peking University School of law and his undergraduate degree in management from Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industrial Management in Zhengzhou, Henan province.
Kim Zhong is Director of Admissions, Communications and Student Services at Peking University School of Transnational Law. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and further studied Finance in Peking University School of Economics. Kim Zhong joined STL in 2009. She has been responsible for admissions, managing media relations, websites, social media tools, brochures, IT support and academic related matters such as class scheduling, course enrollment, and casebook and materials processing. In the year of 2016, she made a transition into the new position as Director of Admissions, Communications and Student Services. She works closely with Peking University and PKU Shenzhen Graduate School, and her responsibilities include organizing roadshows and the Summer Honors Program to recruit potential students, providing information regarding admission affairs, advising on admission regulations and projects and supervising communication and student affairs work at STL.
Constance Zhu is the Officer of Finance. Constance holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting at the Adelaide University and Master of Human Resource Management at University of South Australia. Before joining STL, Constance has been working as an assistant auditor in the Certified Public Accountant firm. As Financial Officer, Constance will serve in school-level Finance matters, including budget, student and staff reimbursement, payroll and purchase/invoice requests.
