The aim of counseling is to help students explore and understand themselves better so that they can become more self-directing and self-actualizing individuals. This service promotes student growth along a broad spectrum and works with students on issues including but not limited to:
- Interpersonal relationships
- Family issues
- Emotion management
- Study problems
- Adjustment to university life
- Peer or dating issues
- Career exploration, etc.

In case of emergency when there is imminent risk to the safety of the student or other people, please call campus security or the police for immediate assistance and then contact the Office of Student Affairs.
