  • Mark Feldman教授是国际投资和国际投资仲裁领域的学者。Feldman教授的论文观点曾被引用于经济合作与发展组织(OECD)、联合国贸易和发展会议(UNCTAD)、世界经济论坛、欧洲议会以及美中经济和安全评审委员会(USCC);也曾被世界领先期刊引用,包括《国际仲裁》、《英国政治科学杂志》、《哥伦比亚大学跨国法律杂志》、《乔治城大学跨国法律杂志》、《德国法律杂志》、《解决投资争端国际中心评论》、《国际经济法杂志》、《纽约大学跨国法律和政治杂志》、《斯坦福法律评论》以及《弗吉尼亚大学国际法杂志》。Feldman教授经常应邀到多地讲授国际经济法问题,包括北京、西安、南京、深圳、香港、澳门、台北、新加坡、吉隆坡、宿务、东京、京都和首尔等。

    Feldman教授此前担任E15投资政策工作组成员,美国国务院法律顾问办公室北美自由贸易协定和多米尼加-中美洲自由贸易国际投资仲裁主任和顾问律师。他代表美国作为应诉方或者第三方参与了十余起国际投资争端,并为美国双边投资协定与自贸协议谈判提供法律意见。他的政府相关经历还包括他担任美国联邦第六巡回上诉法院Eric Clay法官的书记员以及在南非民主转型期在莱索托担任和平工作团志愿者。至于非政府相关经历,Feldman教授在国际律所 Covington & Burling有数年的执业经历。Feldman教授本科以优等生身份毕业于美国威斯康辛大学,后获得哥伦比亚大学的J.D.学位。在校期间,他曾荣获James Kent学者以及Harlan Fiske Stone学者称号。他还拥有帕克学院国际法与比较法证书。
