BIO

Andrew Kerr is an Associate Professor of Law at STL, where he teaches courses related to criminal law, constitutional law and law and culture. Prior to STL, Professor Kerr was a Lecturer at Georgetown Law, where he also earned his S.J.D. degree. Professor Kerr has published on a variety of topics for journals including the Florida Law Review, Washington University Law Review and Green Bag. His most recent article, "Reckless Speech in the Shadow of the Constitution", is forthcoming in the Seton Hall Law Review.
