BIO

Hong (June) Bao earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law. During law school, she served as staff editor for NYU Journal of International Law & Politics. After law school, June joined Linklaters Hong Kong office as a U.S. Associate focusing on capital market practice. She has also worked for Kuaishou, an Internet giant in China, where she gained experience with both in-house legal work and corporate strategy work. Before law school, June received her Master’s Degree of Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and Bachelor in Economics from Peking University.
