BIO

Tan Tian's research interests lie mainly in general theories of private law (including comparative law), especially in the areas of contract, agency and restitutions. He can use English, German, Japanese, French, etc. for legal research. He obtained his LL. B and LL. M from East China University of Political Science and Law, majoring in Intellectual Property Law. He received his Juris Doctor degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, specializing in civil and commercial law.
