主讲人/SPEAKER：

Professor Giovanni Chiarini, PhD, is currently serving as Vice-Dean for Research and Graduate Studies at Alfaisal University College of Law, where he teaches International Criminal Law as Assistant Professor of Law. He previously taught as a Lecturer at the University of Huddersfield in the UK and was a Scholar-in-Residence at Texas Tech University Centre for Military Law. He was a visiting researcher at different institutions, including: Institute of International Peace and Security Law, Universität zu Köln, Germany; Centre for Criminal Justice, University College Cork, Ireland; Laboratoire de Droit International, Université Côte d'Azur, France; Centre for Global Law, University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Dr Chiarini is also a criminal defense attorney admitted to the list of international criminal tribunals, and he has carried legal consultancy for the ECCC-UNAKRT.
