Professor Stephen Minas Speaks at 2025 Sino-Swedish Colloquium

In September, STL Professor Stephen Minas participated in the 2025 Sino-Swedish Colloquium on “Global Sustainability Governance: Multi-Level Law and Governance on Climate Responsibility” in Stockholm, Sweden.
The colloquium was hosted by the Stockholm Environmental Law and Policy Centre at Stockholm University, organised in collaboration with the Research Institute of Environmental Law at Wuhan University, and was sponsored by the Swedish Academy of Letters, History and Antiquities, and the Cassel Foundation. Sessions covered themes including litigation and public participation, trade and investment, and ocean and Arctic governance. Dr Minas participated in a session on “Corporate Climate Responsibilities across State Borders” with a presentation on sustainable finance standards in bilateral and transnational relations, which focused on the EU-China Common Ground Taxonomy, its uses and current challenges.
