Urban and rural climate innovation was the focus of the United Nations Climate Change Global Innovation Hub’s Eighth Systemic Innovation Workshop, held in Futian, Shenzhen on 9 September. STL professor Stephen Minas gave one of several keynote speeches in his capacity as the vice chair of the UN Climate Technology Centre & Network Advisory Board.

Professor Mark Feldman, the Interim Dean of Peking University School of Transnational Law, participated in the World Arbitration Update 2024 – China Insight conference held in Beijing this May. He moderated a panel focused on investment treaty arbitration involving state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
