The STL Academic Rules govern many parts of student conduct for attendance, preparation for class, student employment, grades, good standing, and other areas. The Academic Rules are supplemented by the STL Academic Handbook, which integrates STL rules with relevant PKU rules on matters such as student status and registration, extended leaves of absence, and foreign visitation declarations. The Handbook also contains the J.D./J.M. and LL.M. degree programs’ requirements and regulations and describes STL academic programs, including the thesis program, exchanges, moot court, externships, and independent legal studies.
