Jacky Zhu specializes in corporate, cross-border M&A, private equity, and outbound investment. He has acted for a range of companies seeking to operate and invest in China as well as Chinese companies looking to invest abroad. Mr. Zhu provides services to clients in various industries, including manufacturing, telecommunication, media, food, healthcare, logistics, software, and financial sectors.
Before joining Baker McKenzie FenXun, Mr. Zhu worked for a "Magic Circle" law firm for more than eight years and also worked for a Chinese local law firm. He had abundant experience in handling cross-border transactions covering multiple jurisdictions.
