STL Professor Sang Yop Kang, was invited by corporate law and governance scholars at the University of Oxford to make a presentation at their May 2017 conference on “The Law and Finance of Related Party Transactions”. Professor Kang presented his draft article, Related Party Transaction Regulations in China, which will be included in a forthcoming book published by conference organizers.
The conference was invitation only and included a select group of leading scholars from world-renowned law schools, such as Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, and Oxford. Conference participants will re-convene in October 2017 in Frankfurt, Germany to continue their research collaborations and finalize their draft articles.
