Daming Zhu is Visiting Professor at Peking University School of Transnational Law. He previously joined STL as a resident professor of law in 2014 from Tsinghua University, where he was an assistant professor of law. He received his LL.B. from Fudan University and his LL.M. and Ph.D. from Hitotsubashi University in Japan. He has served as a Visiting Specialist at the National Taiwan University College of Law. He is a scholar of financial law and comparative commercial law.
