Zhao Xiuju is Associate Professor at Shanghai Jiaotong University KoGuan School of Law where he specializes in procedural law. He holds a PhD from the University of Beyreuth in Germany and was a postdoctoral scholar at Peking University Law School. He has published numerous articles in Chinese and German.
