Zhang Gu is Professor of Law and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School after teaching at Renmin University of China and Peking University. He was a visiting researcher at International Institute for the Unification of Private Law and Humboldt University of Berlin Germany. His research focuses on general provisions of civil law, obligation law and general theory of commercial law.
