Liang Genlin is the professor and doctoral supervisor of Peking University School of Law, and the vice chair of Chinese Criminal Law Institute.He served as the deputy party secretary and vice dean of PKU School of Law (2003-2007), the editor-in-chief of Peking University Law Journal (2007-2017) as well as the deputy chief procurator of Beijing Dongcheng District Procuratorate (1999-2001). He has been awarded with “National Teaching Achievement Award”, “Teacher of Excellence in Beijing” and “New Century Talents by MOE”.
