Cao Zhixun received his LL.B. (Peking University) in 2008, LL.M. (Peking University) in 2010, Ph.D. (Peking University) in 2014, and was a Ph.D. candidate at University of Regensburg. Prof. Cao is Assistant Professor of Law at Peking University Law School. Previously, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at KoGuan Law School at Shanghai JiaoTong University from 2014 to 2016. His articles have been published in several journals, including Chinese Law, Comparative Law, and Modern Law.
