Mr. Yang practices international commercial law as founder of ADR International Limited
He is recognized by Who’s Who Legal (https://whoswholegal.com/norris-yang) as one of Thirty-six “Thought Leaders Global Elite 2023 – Commercial Mediation” (since 2017 when this list was first initiated). He has successfully mediated many international commercial mediations.
Mr. Yang has since 2009 conducted dozens of accredited mediation courses in Hong Kong and Macau.
His diverse background in science, computing, business and law coupled with his fluency in English and 3 Chinese dialects (Cantonese, Mandarin, Shanghainese) enables him to flow between different cultures, languages and subject matters.
First Asian Certified Mediator of International Mediation Institute (Hague:www.imimediation.org) and first Hong Kong lawyer honoured as “Distinguished International Neutral” by CPR Institute (New York:www.cpradr.org), he is also an Accredited Mediator (General and Family) of HKMAAL, HKIAC and Law Society of Hong Kong.
Mr. Yang is the Chairman of the International Negotiation Mediation Society Macau, Chairman of the Communications and Publicity Committee of HKMAAL and was past Chairman of the Hong Kong Mediation Council (2003- 2006). He is also a member of many Government Committees related to Mediation.
