  • Carrie FENG Xiaoyu earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law where she was a senior editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review and participated in the Law School’s Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic. She was also a judicial intern to the former Chief Judge Thomas Marten of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. She earned her B.A. from Middlebury College where she majored in Classical Studies and minored in Physics. Prior to joining STL, she worked for Sidley Austin LLP and Holland & Hart LLP, and in-housed for multinational telecommunications company and international consumer goods company. Her professional experiences include serving Fortune Global 500 of mechanical equipment, telecommunications, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical enterprises with areas of focus on corporate governance, commercial litigation, intellectual property protection, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution. Carrie will be teaching Transnational Legal Practice and directing STL’s externship program.
