  • Xinyu Huang’s academic interests include legal history and comparative law. She is a J.S.D. candidate at Yale Law School, where she earned her LL.M. degree. She completed her LL.B. program and received her first LL.M. degree at Sun Yat-sen University and earned her Ph.D. degree in Fudan University Law School, where she once served as a student editor of Fudan Law Review.
