Kevin W. Gray is an Assistant Professor of Law at Peking University School of Transnational Law. He is a transnational and constitutional law scholar whose research focuses on the interplay of different legal systems. His work has been cited by the Supreme Court of Canada as well as by amicus curiae at the International Court of Justice. He holds a Hon. B.Sc. in Physics, Philosophy, and Math from the University of Toronto, an M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy from Laval University, a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an L.L.M. from Columbia University. He was awarded the prestigious Diploma in Public International law from the Hague Academy of International Law in 2015. His recent work has been published in the International Criminal Law Review, the American Indian Law Review, and the Supreme Court Law Review, amongst other journals.
