Prior to joining STL, Qinwen (Kevin) Zhang was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he focused on equity derivatives and structured finance. He represented issuers and financial institutions in a range of capital markets and over-the-counter derivatives transactions, including convertible notes with related derivative overlays, equity options, equity forwards and other monetization strategies. Kevin earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he also served as an editor for the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Peking University.
