Sun Weifei is Associate Professor of Civil and Commercial Law at East China University of Political Science and Law. Professor Sun holds a Ph.D. in Legal History, a Masters of Law in Civil and Commercial Law, and a Bachelors of Law from ECUPL. He has taught at ECUPL since 2002. His research interests include projects related to the legal system of state-owned natural resource management, and German and EU tort law. He has published widely in journals on Chinese tort law.
