个人简历

Gilad Abiri现任北京大学国际法学院法学副教授、法律与创新项目联合主任,耶鲁法学院信息社会项目附属研究员,以及新加坡管理大学数字法律中心高级研究学者。其研究聚焦于法律与科技的交叉领域,尤其关注人工智能监管、平台治理及数字信息系统的合法性问题。近年来关于人工智能与数字平台的研究成果已发表于《Georgia Law Review》《BYU Law Review》《Yale Journal of Law and Technology》《Stanford Technology Law Review》《Harvard Journal of Law and Technology》《Michigan Technology Law Review》《Columbia Journal of Transnational Law》等权威期刊。

在加入北京大学国际法学院之前,Gilad Abiri曾任耶鲁法学院讲师,共同讲授现代宪法理论课程,并获法学博士(J.S.D., 2020)与法学硕士(LL.M., 2016)学位。他曾以约瑟夫·C·福克斯学者身份在耶鲁大学麦克米兰国际研究中心从事博士后研究,并以全球博士后研究员身份任职于纽约大学法学院法律与哲学中心。攻读博士学位期间,曾担任耶鲁大学宗教、政治与社会研究项目的谢尔人权研究员及初级研究员。阿比里以最优等荣誉获特拉维夫大学法学院法学硕士学位,并毕业于该校阿迪·劳特曼杰出学生跨学科项目,研修法律、政治学与哲学的融合课程。
