Associate Professor Gilad Abiri Speaks at Harvard China Law Symposium on AI and Technology


Associate Professor Gilad Abiri of Peking University School of Transnational Law participated in the 2025 China Law Symposium at Harvard Law School on February 11, 2025. The symposium, organized by the Harvard China Law Association, focused on AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity.

Professor Abiri joined David Pan, Partner at Llinks Law Offices, and Professor Dongsheng Zang of the University of Washington for a panel discussion on emerging legal challenges in Chinese technology law. The session explored current developments in AI regulation, cybersecurity frameworks, and cross-border technology governance.

The annual symposium brings together leading scholars and practitioners to discuss pressing issues in Chinese law and policy. This year's event was sponsored by several prominent law firms and academic institutions, including the Harvard Program on International Law and Development.
