During this academic year, she holds positions as a Visiting Professor at Hong Kong University and a Research Visitor at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at Oxford University.

Dr. Ganty’s research spans immigration law, social justice, anti-discrimination law, and citizenship law. Her first book (Larcier) offers a critical analysis of the concept of “migrants’ integration” in EU law. Her scholarship has been featured in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the Human Rights Law Review, The Hague Journal of the Rule of Law, International Journal of Law in Context, European Journal of Risk Regulation, Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law, as well as Columbia Journal of European Law and Yale Journal of International Law Online.

Currently, she is exploring the concept of merit in law and its role in shaping the distribution of public, economic, and social goods. With a robust background in EU law, Dr. Ganty remains deeply engaged in the study of the European Union legal system. She has taught courses on social justice, EU law, and human rights law at the Central European University (Vienna), the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and the Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis (Brussels).
