Director of Academic Affairs and Senior Lecturer of Law
Leo Liu is Director of Academic Affairs at Peking University School of Transnational Law. He oversees all curricular matters, including academic planning, faculty teaching assignments, student academic support, and the development of experiential learning programs, such as externships and clinical education. Additionally, he is responsible for the development and maintenance of academic policies. He was the Director of Legal Analysis, Writing and Research from 2020 to 2024, and has taught this course at STL since 2017. Leo Liu has a J.D. from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings), and a B.A. in English from Fudan University.

Senior Officer of Academic Affairs
WANG Yangyang is the Senior Officer of Academic Affairs. She joined STL in 2020 and is responsible for providing academic support to faculty members and students. She obtained her MTI degree from Xi'an International Studies University. Prior to joining STL, she worked as a translator and interpreter at large-scale SOEs.

Senior Officer of International Programs and Academic Affairs
Yating Du is the Senior Officer of International Programs and Academic Affairs, responsible for STL LL.M. program and international programs. Yating earned her J.D. from Handong International Law School and LL.M. from Regent Law School. Yating has been admitted to Washington D.C. Bar. Prior to joining STL, Yating worked as chief counsel for international legal affairs in IT company.

Officer of Academic Affairs
Yinan Shen is the Officer of Academic Affairs. She obtained her LL.M. in UCDavis. Prior to joining STL in 2023, she had been working in law firm as criminal defense lawyer. She is responsible for providing academic support to faculty members and students.
