The Office of HR, Finance and Faculty Support deals with faculty and staff recruitment, national and local talent projects and programs application, reimbursement, purchase/invoice requests and provide support for STL faculty members in business traveling and logistics.
Associate Dean for Admissions and Administration
Keru Chen is Associate Dean for Admissions and Administration at Peking University School of Transnational Law. She is responsible for managing the administrative team and overseeing admissions, HR, faculty support and financial issues at STL. She holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Hong Kong and a LL.B. degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Before joining STL, she serves as the Deputy Director of Development Office of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, in charge of construction, alumni, donation management and government relations.

Associate Director of Human Resources
Vidya Wang is Associate Director of Human Resources. Before joining STL, she worked as a Class Counselor at Nanjing Army Command College and she was in charge of the international project in Redstone Haute Counture Ltd. for many years which is an Italian leading luxury brand management company.

Associate Director of Finance
Constance Zhu is the Associate Director of Finance. Constance holds a Master of Human Resource Management at University of South Australia and Bachelor of Commerce Accounting at the Adelaide University. Before joining STL, Constance worked as an assistant auditor in the Certified Public Accounting firm. As Financial Officer, Constance will serve in school-level Finance matters, including budget, Faculty, Staff and student reimbursement, purchase/invoice requests.

Officer of Faculty and Administrative Support
Zheng Jianan, Officer of Faculty and Administrative Support. She obtained her MSc from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom. Before joining STL in 2023, she worked for KPMG Advisory (China) Limited providing professional consulting services for many international enterprises for 2 years.

Officer of Transnational Operation
Yongqi Lin serves as the Officer of International Affairs at Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL), where she collaborates with the PKUSZ Human Resources Office on expatriate talent programs, manages visas, work permits, and residence permits for resident faculty, and supports visiting faculty payments and reimbursements. Yongqi holds a Master's degree in Law and Criminology from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Law from Dalhousie University, Canada. Prior to STL, Yongqi gained experience at leading law firms in Beijing.
