Assistant Dean of Admissions and Communications
Kim Zhong is Assistant Dean of Admissions and Communications at Peking University School of Transnational Law. She is responsible for managing admission efforts for STL’s Common Law J.D. and China Law J.M. degree program, including developing and implementing online and in person recruiting programs and events to achieve the enrollment goal, as well as developing STL’s communications plan and marketing strategy. She works closely with Peking University and PKU Shenzhen Graduate School. Since joining STL in 2009, she has been working for academic affairs, communications, student affairs and admissions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in international communication and journalism from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and a Master’s degree in economics from Peking University.

Officer of Communications and Marketing
Liu Yili (Elizabeth) is the Officer of Communications and Marketing. She holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from the City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Public Relations from the Communication University of China. She is responsible for developing STL’s communication and marketing strategy, managing STL's website and social media, assisting in the design and production of all promotional materials, and supporting various school activities and other STL offices.
