北京大学国际法学院(Peking University School of Transnational Law, 简称“STL”)位于北京大学深圳校区,创立于2008年,是国内唯一提供美国法律培养模式(J.D.)的法学院, 也是中国及全世界范围内,唯一将美国法律培养模式(J.D.)和我国传统的法律硕士培养模式(J.M.)相结合培养法律人才的法学院。同时,学院还针对国际学生提供LL.M.培养项目。STL广泛聘请世界顶尖学者,成功组建了卓越的国际化师资队伍。 

因学院发展和工作需要,北京大学国际法学院招聘就业与校友办公室专员1名。国际法学院将为获聘者提供一个气氛融洽的、双语的、合作性的工作环境,让获聘者的个人能力和潜力在跨文化的职业发展平台中得到全面挖掘和提升。 

就业与校友办公室专员是学院就业与校友办公室的一员,就业与校友办公室主要负责我院学生的就业服务和管理、校友服务和捐赠等事务,就业与校友专员向主管就业与校友工作的领导汇报工作。

岗位职责

  1. 与北京大学本部和北京大学深圳研究生院的职业发展办公室保持密切联系,完成本部及深研院要求的就业及校友相关工作;

  2. 开展就业信息发布及数据收集、整理工作,处理学生就业手续、流程管理等工作;

  3. 向雇主、潜在雇主以及社交传媒宣传北京大学国际法学院和本院学生,维护学院与雇主、校友和师生的关系;

  4. 研究分析法律以及相关就业市场信息,为国际法学院学生和校友提供职业发展咨询;

  5. 安排校园招聘、雇主接待、就业相关主题讲座和座谈会等;

  6. 处理安排自雇主、校友的捐赠项目;

  7. 安排组织校友返校、校友聚会、校友沙龙等各类活动;

  8. 校友数据管理,维护校友联系、更新校友信息、分析整理校友数据等;

  9. 校友与就业办公室的媒体运营管理;

  10. 完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求

  1. 拥有硕士研究生学历,有法律学历或高校相关行政工作经验者优先;

  2. 较强的口头及书面双语(中英文)交流沟通能力;

  3. 耐心细致,有责任心,愿意与学生、校友、雇主积极沟通交流;

  4. 有使用Microsoft等办公系统基本技能;

  5. 具有职业咨询、法律招聘、法律实务、商务等领域经验者优先。

Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL) is located at Peking University Shenzhen Campus. Founded in 2008, STL is the only law school in China offering the American J.D. degree program. It is also the world’s only law school that combines the American J.D. program with China’s traditional Juris Master (J.M.) program. Additionally, the school offers an LL.M. program for international students. STL has recruited top scholars worldwide and successfully built an excellent international faculty team. 

Due to institutional development needs, STL is recruiting an Officer at Career and Alumni Services Office. STL offers a harmonious, bilingual, and collaborative work environment. The position provides a cross-cultural professional development platform to fully develop the successful candidate’s abilities and potential. 

The Officer at Career and Alumni Services Office is a member of the Career and Alumni Services Office, which is mainly responsible for student employment services and management, alumni services, and donations. The Officer reports to the leader in charge of employment and alumni affairs.

 Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain close contact with the Career Development Offices of Peking University main campus and Shenzhen Graduate School. Complete employment and alumni-related tasks as required by both offices.

  2. Publish recruitment information and collect relevant data. Handle student job seeking procedures and manage related processes.

  3. Promote STL and its students to employers, potential employers, and social media. Maintain relationships with employers, alumni, faculty, and students.

  4. Analyze legal and related job market information. Provide career development consulting to STL students and alumni.

  5. Organize campus recruitment events, employer visits, career-related lectures, and seminars.

  6. Process and arrange donation projects from employers and alumni.

  7. Organize various alumni events including homecoming activities, reunions, and alumni salons.

  8. Manage alumni database. Maintain alumni contacts, update alumni information, and analyze alumni data.

  9. Manage social media operations for the Office of Career Service, Alumni Affairs and Development.

  10. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree required. Candidates with legal education background or administrative experience in higher education institutions preferred.

  2. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  3. Patient, detail-oriented, and responsible. Willing to actively communicate with students, alumni, and employers.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office software.

  5. Experience in career counseling, legal recruitment, legal practice, or business fields preferred.
