个人简历

雷·沃西·坎贝尔教授研究领域为民事诉讼法以及法律与科技的交叉领域，重点关注技术与经济变革背景下法律服务市场的演进，尤其是人工智能对法院运行及法律职业的影响。同时，他还进行属人管辖权及跨国法律教育等相关问题的研究。

坎贝尔教授讲授《民事诉讼法》《法律与创新》《跨文化谈判》等课程，教学长期获得学生高度评价。2024年，他荣获北京大学深圳研究生院“优秀教学奖”。在校期间，坎贝尔教授曾担任教师聘任委员会、课程委员会、学术诚信委员会及教学事务委员会主席，并长期担任研究生论文导师，曾指导学生将学位论文发表在美国法学评论期刊。

在学术研究方面，坎贝尔教授在多家美国及国际知名法学期刊发表论文，并多次受邀在国际学术会议和高校作报告，围绕法律职业变革、人工智能与法律、法学教育等主题开展学术交流。其近期学术活动包括欧洲法学院联盟年会（保加利亚索非亚）、西班牙马德里IE法学院、国际法律伦理会议（荷兰阿姆斯特丹）及美国年度民事诉讼法研讨会等。

在进入学术界之前，坎贝尔教授曾任美国最高法院首席大法官沃伦·伯格（Warren Burger）以及哥伦比亚特区联邦巡回上诉法院法官马尔科姆·威尔基（Malcolm Wilkey）的法官助理；曾在凯易国际律师事务所（Kirkland & Ellis）和简博律师事务所（Jenner & Block）担任诉讼合伙人；并曾任互联网公司 HarmonyCentral.com, Inc. 董事长兼首席执行官。

坎贝尔教授获弗吉尼亚大学法学院J.D.学位，并曾任《弗吉尼亚法律评论》注释编辑；本科毕业于耶鲁大学，曾任《耶鲁每日新闻》杂志主编。
