个人简历：
吕立山（Robert Lewis）律师是中伦律师事务所北京办公室国际业务管理合伙人。他于1985年获得美国加利福尼亚州律师资格，从1993年起一直在中国工作。吕立山律师的主要执业领域为跨境公司和商业交易法律事务，特别是在公司并购、电信、IT、基础设施、清洁能源、战略伙伴安排等业务领域具有丰富的经验。
吕立山律师是第一个加入中国顶尖律师事务所的资深外国律师。在加入中伦之前，吕立山律师在路伟国际律师事务所（现霍金路伟国际律师事务所）北京代表处工作九年；在加入路伟之前，吕立山律师任加拿大北电网络公司亚洲区公司总法律顾问。他在洛杉矶工作了七年，期间主要就职于盛德国际律师事务所。

– Architect and founding Chairman of the first Chinese-foreign law firm alliance, Sino-Global Legal Alliance (SGLA).
